Starting August 1st, you'll be able to focus on your fitness goals while your children are engaged and well taken care of. This is set to revolutionize your daily workout routine, making your journey to health and wellness smoother than ever before.

Service Hours

Our childcare services at the N. Main St. location will operate in two shifts - morning sessions from 7AM - 10AM and afternoon sessions from 3:30PM - 7PM, Monday through Friday. Please note that the services will not be available on weekends. This arrangement is designed to provide flexibility and convenience for our members who are parents.

What’s more? Our gym childcare services are included with your membership! We aim to provide you with comprehensive solutions for your fitness journey. However, it is crucial for parents or guardians to remain in the gym while their children are under our care. Your child's safety is our paramount concern, and we need to ensure we can reach you immediately if necessary.

Our childcare services cater to children aged 2-11 years. We promise to provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment for your little ones while you workout, so you can concentrate on achieving your fitness goals with peace of mind.

Stormi, a high school National Honors graduate, has over 11 years of experience working with children. A fitness enthusiast and a passionate teacher, Stormi is committed to ensuring excellent childcare while fostering a love for health and wellbeing in your children.
