    EnerGYM NorthJAX's fitness centers are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for members.
    Our staffed hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-8PM & Sat-Sun 9AM-2PM.

  • Do you offer personal training services?

  • Are there group fitness classes available at EnerGYM NorthJAX?

    Absolutely! We offer a variety of group fitness classes, including Yoga, Zumba, HIIT, and more.

  • What is the cost of a membership at EnerGYM NorthJAX?

    Our membership plans start at $30/month. Please refer to our membership page for additional details on pricing.

  • Do you offer day passes?

    We offer one-day passes for $10. Please visit an EnerGYM NorthJAX location during staffed hours to sign up for a day pass.

  • Do you offer any discounts or special rates?

    We occasionally offer promotional discounts. Please check our website, our Facebook page, or contact us directly for the latest discounts.

  • What is the age limit to workout at EnerGYM NorthJAX?

    Members must be at least 16 years old to join EnerGYM NorthJAX, and 12 years old to work out (with an adult member 18+). Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) after staffed hours.

  • Do you have childcare services?

    Yes, we offer childcare options at our Jacksonville N. Main Street location for children 2-12 years old. Please contact us for more information and the latest availability.

  • Can I try a class before committing to a membership?

    Yes, first-time visitors are welcome to try a class for free.

  • Do you have lockers?

    Yes, we have lockers and open cubbies (foot lockers) at all of our locations available for members to use during their workout. Items must be removed at the end of each day, and lockers are cleaned out weekly.

  • Are there showers at EnerGYM NorthJAX?

    Yes, we have showers available for members at each of our locations. We do not provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner or towels for sanitary reasons. Please remember to bring your own.

  • Where is your smoothie bar?

    Our in-house juice and smoothie bar is located at our N. Main Street location. We offer refreshing, healthy drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks for purchase.
    Our smoothie bar is open during staffed hours daily and is open for both members and non-members. Members receive a 25% discount on all drink and snack purchases.

  • What kind of equipment do you have at EnerGYM NorthJAX?

    We have a variety of modern cardio and strength training equipment from Arsenal Strength, Assault Fitness, Cybex, Dynabody, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, NEXO, Precor, Rogue, Torque, and more.

  • Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, all EnerGYM NorthJAX locations are fully wheelchair accessible.

  • Is there a dress code for the gym?

    We recommend wearing comfortable athletic wear and closed-toe shoes. 

  • What safety measures are in place at your gyms?

    We have stringent safety measures in place at all EnerGYM NorthJAX locations including 24/7 surveillance, secure entry, bright exterior and interior lighting, panic buttons, and trained staff.

  • Do you have free WiFi available?

    Yes, our gym locations have free wifi. Please see a trainer for the wifi password or the instructions marked near the front office.

  • Can I put my membership on hold if I can't use it for a while?

    Yes, you can freeze your membership for a certain period. Please contact us for more details.

  • Can I bring my younger children to the gym?

    Yes, we offer supervised child care at our N. Main St location, and also have a dedicated unsupervised areas for children to relax during your workout. We do ask that children under 12 years old stay off the gym floor at all times, however.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy varies based on the type of membership. Please refer to your membership agreement for detailed information. If you still have questions, please contact us. Cancellations must be completed in-person.
