Meet Lauren Lowell, one of our dedicated and helpful front desk associates at EnerGYM NorthJAX's Faye Rd location. Born and raised in Marietta, right outside of Atlanta, Georgia, Lauren moved to Florida in 2017 with her loving husband.
Lauren's passion for health and fitness started from an early age, and she's been consistently involved in fitness since she was 16 years old. She particularly enjoys weight training, attributing her mental and physical wellness to this vigorous form of exercise.
An accomplished scholar, Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Becoming an Occupational Therapist has always been her dream. Lauren is deeply passionate about aiding others and enhancing independence for individuals from all walks of life.
Her professional journey led her to cross paths with Bradley Kite, the founder of EnerGYM NorthJAX, in 2019. She has been a valuable member of the EnerGYM NorthJAX team since 2020. The vibrant and supportive community that EnerGYM NorthJAX has created is what Lauren loves the most about her job.
She continues to be an integral part of our team, contributing her knowledge and passion for fitness while simultaneously making strides in her academic pursuits. Lauren's unwavering dedication to helping others, her love for fitness, and her ongoing commitment to personal growth make her an inspiring member of the EnerGYM family.
