Born and raised right here in Jacksonville, Brittany Bell brings a hometown spirit and a passion for customer service to her role at EnerGYM NorthJAX. Her journey with the gym dates back to the Athlete's Choice days, where she and her family have been dedicated members. A true local at heart, Brittany has become an invaluable part of our team, enhancing the EnerGYM experience for our valued members.
Brittany's expertise in customer service naturally led her to her current position. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in graphic design from UNF, she combines her creative background with her people skills to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. Her role as a part-time team member allows her to balance her commitment to her family and work seamlessly.
Outside of her dedicated work at our gyms in Jacksonville, Brittany enjoys quality time spent with her family and friends. An avid reader, she finds solace in the pages of a good book. The journey into fitness started as a way to bond with her husband, evolving into a cherished family activity that includes her sons, Oscar and Henry. Their shared workouts have not only strengthened their bodies but have also enriched their family bond.
Brittany's enthusiasm for helping others shines through in her interactions with our members. Engaging with visitors and facilitating new memberships, she plays a vital role in guiding individuals on their fitness journey. Beyond her customer service role, Brittany ensures a safe and tidy gym environment, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere.

As a dedicated stay-at-home mom for over 19 years, her role at the gym provides a refreshing change of pace and a renewed sense of purpose.
