April Gregory, hailing from Ohio and now firmly rooted in Florida, is the bright, welcoming face you encounter at EnerGYM NorthJAX - a premier gym in Jacksonville. But April's role extends beyond the front desk. As a newly certified MixxedFit instructor, she is a dynamic presence, adding her own unique spark to our Jacksonville group classes.
Inspired by her mother, Sarah, April took a unique path into the world of fitness. Her love for music and knack for picking up choreography quickly led her to MixxedFit - a fusion of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning. In January 2023, April became a certified MixxedFit instructor, making her one of the exceptional instructors leading MixxedFit in Jacksonville.
Whether she's leading a high-energy class or welcoming members with her infectious sense of humor from behind the front desk, April embodies the EnerGYM spirit. Her dependability, friendly demeanor, and one-of-a-kind laugh contribute to our gym's inviting atmosphere, making every member feel at home.
When she isn't at EnerGYM, April can often be found perfecting her MixxedFit routines, or indulging in her favorite food - a good cheeseburger. Her commitment to fitness, well-being, and making every member feel valued reflects in everything she does.
